Romo clears up Joe Simpson beef, Jessica starts beef with his ex.
Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo seems to be back on full time with Jessica Simpson these days. The pair returned to LA from a week in Dallas recently and Tony cleared up all the rumors about his spat with Jess’ dad Joe SimpsonRomo said of the rumors that him and Jessicas prior breakup was the result of Joe trying to take over his career and guide him; “It’s all laughable.”
Joe Simpson came under heavy fire following his daughter Ashlee‘s wedding to Pete Wentz last month for breaking up Jess and Tony because Tony needed some space.
Tony said in a statement that “characterization is so far from the truth.”
Looks like Tony probably actually cares about Jessica and is willing to pretend her dad is ok for the sake of the relationship.
Interesting fact: When Romo and Simpson returned to LAX Jessica was wearing a red t-shirt that says “Real girls eat meat.” Romo’s ex girlfriend, Carrie Underwood, has been a vegetarian since the age of 13.
Jessica recently revealed she is going to stick to country music and now shes taking jabs at one of the highest if not THE highest selling country singers out there right now? Her career is toast.
