No Tuesday in court for Britney.
Today was supposed to be the final hearing before the trial for Britney and Kevin’s custody battle, but it’s been postponed until Friday.
Kevin Federline’s lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan had the hearing pushed back stating that they needed an extra day, pushing it back until Friday when everybody involved was available.
Kaplan insisted that the delay wasn’t because of any settlement that was being reached, and Kevin still plans to fight for full custody, while Britney is trying to regain more visitation rights.
The pair will meet Friday as a final preparation for their August 25th trial.
