Josh Shwartz continues to push the envelope with his upcoming promotional posters for season 2 of Gossip Girl, which returns to The CW on September 1.
Last seasons promos, which featured the OMFG campaign raised red flags with parents of some of the shows viewers, because of it’s sexual content.
This season, Shwartz’s genius design team brought all of the main characters to their own ad, and titled them with a quote from some of the major news publications.
The first one, features the phrase “Very Bad For you” from The San Diego Union Tribune, and shows resident bad boy Chuck Bass, played by Ed Westwick seductively feeding a cherry to a mystery woman.
Other quotes from the promos include, “A Nasty Piece Of Work,” “Every Parent’s Worst Nightmare,” and “Mind-Blowingly Inappropriate.”
