The 3,120-square-foot mansion has 3 bed rooms, 3 bathrooms, and a swimming pool, and this is Hayden’s first time leaving the nest, which is why she has sought out a roomate!
Hayden told Ryan Seacrest on his morning radio show that her best friend would be living with her for a year, and that her family lives right down the street if she needs anything.
