Brigitte Nielsen showed off all the work she’s had done while on a shopping spree at Kitson on Tuesday afternoon. Check out the photos after the cut. The actress was being followed by a film crew and has most recently starred in a reality show for German Television in which she underwent different plastic surgery procedures in order to help her look as young as her husband, Mattia Dessi, who is like 29, and a total upgrade from Flavor Flav.
