Miley’s New Movie.
The JoMos can keep their little Camp Rock made-for-television sequel, but Miley Cyrus is heading to the Big Screen!
She’s already filmed the big screen movie production of her television monster franchise, Hannah Montana, but Miley is set to take on a real role in an upcoming yet untitled film written by The Notebook author: Nicholas Sparks.
The plot is being kept scret, but Sparks is said to be writing novel to be released in Fall 2009 directly for Miley and will be adapting a screen play version of it at the same time.
When Miley met with Disney execs, she told them she wanted to take on a role in a film like Mandy Moore did in another Sparks film; A Walk to Remember.
Sparks says the Cyrus family is well aware of the plot of the film, which is only described as being about family and romance, and Miley’s mom, Trish Cyrus, will even be attached as executive producer.
Looks like Miley won’t be wasting any time shedding that Hannah Montana image after the final season.
