The lovely Dita Von Teese has filed a lawsuit against a book publishing company for the use of her image on the cover of their latest book, without her consent of course.
The company put Von Teese’s image on the cover of Patti O’Shea’s In Twilight’s Shadow, and the 36-year-old model/actress is seeking unspecified damages because of it.
In Twilights Shadow is a paranormal romance novel about demon hunting.
Sounds like her romance with Marilyn Manson!
Dita is also filing a suit against the photo agency who provided the sale of the image. Can she do that?
