Samuel L. Jackson has been clean and sober for 17 years!
Jackson overdosed on crack-cocaine in 1991, and after being hauled off to rehab “kicking and screaming” it all ended up for the better.
Jackson has even avoided playing certain roles over the years that would require him to be around anything that may trigger a relapse, such as lighters, and pipes.
