Locklear DUI Case Dismissed.
Heather Locklear pleaded no contest in a Santa Barbara county court this morning, to reckless driving charges stemming from a November arrest.
In exchange, the case was closed says a source close to the court room.
As part of the plea bargain with prosecutors, Locklear must spend three years on probation, pay a $700 fine and attend a 12 hour DMV road safety course.
