Actress Kelly Rutherford, who plays the mother of all MILFs, Lily VanDerWoodsen on Gossip Girl, has filed for divorce from her husband of two years, Daniel Giersch, this past week.
Kelly is pregnant with the couples second child, they have a two year old son, Hermes.
