This was too good to pass up! A North Dakota man named John Antonelli is suing rap group, Insane Clown Posse after he was struck in the head by a full bottle of Faygo cola during a June 2007 concert.
Antonelli claims he suffered a bone fracture near his right eye after group member Violent J flung the bottle of soda into the crowd as the group has been doing at their concerts for nearly twenty years.
Antonelli is seeking $50,000 in damages and has also cited the club as responsible for negligence as well in his suit.
Some people would sue a nickle if they thought it could get them a dime!
