Settlement Deal Saves Fantasias Home.

Fantasia Barrino was able to reach a last minute settlement deal with those whom she owed money and was able to save her house from hitting the auction block this afternoon.

After some financial troubles in 2006, Barrino had to borrow $68,000 from a management company to pay her taxes. When she stopped paying them back, it was the sherifs department who stepped in and was to auction off her 1.3 million dollar home to help pay her debt.

Luckily for Fantasia, this deal will allow her to keep her home.  Though maybe she ought to consider selling anyways if she finds herself in financial trouble again.
