Piven to Face the Jury.
The Actors Equity will be holding a hearing on February 26 in regards to the grievance filed by the producers of Broadway show Speed the Plow over the departure of Jeremy Piven.
Piven left the show claiming sickness from Mercury poisoning he had acquired due to his love of sushi, but the shows producers thought that sounded a little fishy.
Both sides will present their case in the closed hearing, and the Equity believes that they should be able to resolve the issue that day.
If they find Piven at fault he’s going to have to pay!
