Piven Prevails in Fishy Broadway Case.
Jeremy Piven prevailed this morning after the Actors Equity Grievance Committee deliberated for six hours over whether or not the actor left the Broadway show Speed the Plow on false pretenses.
Piven’s camp released the following statement after the hearing took place.
“Producers … did not prevail in their attempt to convince the Grievance Committee that Mr. Piven should not have dropped out of the play on the instruction of his doctors.”
