Charged!
Chris Brown has just been charged with two felonies!
Despite all the spec that there might be some sort of a plea since he and Rihanna have seemed to have reconciled, that wasn’t the case with the DA!
Brown was charged with assault by means likely to create great bodily injury and making criminal threats.
Brown’s arraignment is scheduled for later this afternoon and if convicted he could face up to 9 years in jail just for making criminal threats!
It was mentioned that Brown’s biggest concern today was going to be making a deal that would keep the second set of photos of Rihanna’s battered face, which are said to be twice as bad and taken a day later away from the public eye even if that meant serving jail time. He will likely plead guilty in exchange from this.
