NWA Scores Biopic.
With the recent success of Notorious, another hip hop biopic is in the works.
With original members Ice Cube and Dr. Dre, as well as Easy E’s widow Tomica Wright on board as executive producers, Straight Outa Compton is moving forward.
This quartet, which also featured MC Ren and the late Easy-E, was responsible for putting West coast rap on the map back in the 80′s and the movie will likely tackle all of their famous feuds with each other and others.
Nobody is on board to direct yet, but they are looking at the man behind 8 Mile, the Eminem biopic that started this all.
