Hefner Looking for New Neighbors.
Literally YOU could be the next girl/guy next door! Holly, Kendra, and the gang have all moved on and there are some new bunnies moved into the mansion, but Hugh Hefner is selling his Holmby Hills, CA home that is located right next door.
He’s only asking a low $28 million for the 5 bedroom home, but that’s hardly a steep price when you think about the posabilities of Hef inviting you over for a late night swim in the grotto!
Hefner bought the home back 1998, but it has been vacant for years ever since he made his permanent home inside the Playboy mansion.
