Comedian’s Half Bro Being Held On $1-Million Bail.
Dane Cook’s half brother has been ordered held on $1-million-dollars bond on the charges that he stole millions of dollars from the comedian while acting as head of his production company.
Darryl Macauley pleaded not guilty to the 8 charges, which included larceny and forgery, and prosecutors are expecting more charges to come.
McCauley’s argument is that him and Dane were “virtual partners” who together built the comedian’s career.
The next court meeting will take place on April 16th.
“Virtual partners” doesn’t account for forged checks and missing money!!
