Jackson Loses Appeal Over Auctioned Goods.
Michael Jackson has lost an appeal that would protect Juliens Auction’s from auctioning over 1000 items from his Neverland Ranch later this month.
The auction is to take place on April 22 in NYC but Jackson’s team will make a last ditch effort on April 15 in hopes of stopping the personal items from being sold.
Michael’s team is accusing the auction house of selling these items without permission, though the auctioneers say Jackson himself gave it the a-okay a while back.
