Chris Brown Pleads Not Guilty.
Singer Chris Brown pleaded not guilty to the assault charges brought on him over the beating of then girlfriend Rihanna in February as expected yesterday, and will now wait it out until an end of April hearing that decides his fate unless there’s a plea bargain made beforehand.
Not sure what his excuse for a not guilty plea could be, maybe that a ghost appeared in their car and did the dirty work, but it’s most likely that he’s hoping Rihanna will crack and settle and he’ll walk free without punishment.
The justice system should not allow for that to happen!
Nobody could agree more than Rihanna’s dad, Who told Us Weekly after the news broke yesterday, “So what happened? Somebody else did this to Rihanna then? I just would like to see justice go in the right direction.”
“I don’t want his career to be damaged — it’s damaged already, I think he’s a talented guy, but everybody should have to pay. When you do the crime, you do the time. I don’t want to see him locked up for a long time — I just want him to acknowledge and get some help.”
Mr. Fenty knows whats up! Why can’t the legal system run its course?
