More American Idol finale rumors!!!
Possibly the biggest of them all is that Britney Spears will be making a special performance during the show’s grand finale this Wednesday night.
Idol producers and judge Simon Cowell have been very vocal about wanting Britney to appear on the show this season, but her US tour was going on during the same time as show nights.
Britney is currently on break before heading over to London to perform starting in June, so she is available!
Other confirmed performers for Wednesday night’s performance show are Lionel Richie, Carlos Santana, Cyndi Lauper, Queen Latifah, Black Eyed Peas, Keith Urban, and David Cook.
Urban is rumored to be performing a duet with finalist Kris Allen that night as well.
As to who is going to perform the duet with Adam Lambert, the buzz on the internet is that he will be joined on stage by KISS and David Bowie.
Last years rumor was Michael Jackson which ended up being not true, (or he chickend out last minute some would say) Hopefully this years rumors hold true!
