Everything is complicated for Denise Richards! Including dumping off her Hidden Hills mansion, which has been on the market for over a year now!
Since listing it on the market for $4,250,000 last year, Richards has had to reduce the price of her home to a low $3.8 million dollars after the slow market is causing for expensive homes to be not a top priority.
The global economic crisis has an effect on everyone in some way or another.
