Gossip Mom Files Child Endangerment Against Gold Digging Ex.
Look like Kelly Rutherford has decided to play hardball with her ex husband Daniel Giersch.
Kelly defeated Giersch in a courtroom battle earlier this spring that would allow the pregnant actress to take her 1 year old baby to New York with her while she filmed Gossip Girl, and now she’s seeking full on custody for little Hermes.
She’s requesting it until Giersh fixes up the area around his home and gates off the pool and play area for the safety of their son.
Thats a request a judge will likely grant, though if Giersch is smart he’ll have someone out there fixing the problem tomorrow.
The couple split earlier this year after finding out she was pregnant with their second child.
