Winehouse Cancels Another Concert.
Amy Winehouse canceled her May 31st homecoming appearance in the UK. No reason was given for the cancellation, but her rep reported she was taken to the hospital with chest pains recently.
The chest pains were attributed to dehydration and Amy was treated and later released. This marks the second time this month that the ‘rehab’ singer has sought medical attention for a fainting spell and the second time she has canceled a performance.
The May 31st appearance was supposed to culminate a star-studded week of performances celebrating Island Record’s, her label’s, 50th anniversary. Amy issued an apology to the fans that had already bought tickets
Winehouse is continuing to work on her third album which she is recording in the Caribbean.
