Gossip Girl’s Kelly Rutherford has given birth to a baby girl on Monday night in Los Angeles.
The actress already has a two year old son, Hermes, with a local do-nothing, Daniel Giersch. The ex-couple has been in a nasty custody battle for the past six months, with Rutherford claiming the children are in danger while with him. Giersch was not present for the birth of the child.
He should not have any say in the baby’s name if he didn’t want to show up for the birth! It’s still HIS DAUGHTER!
Hopefully someone tells her about this when she’s old enough. Mom probably will for sure!
