Gene Simmons Says Lambert Killed His Own Career
Who knew Gene Simmons was such a bitter betty!
First he responded rudely when asked “how was it performing with Adam Lambert” by saying, “More like how was it for Adam Lambert performing with Kiss,” and now he’s claiming the Idol runner up killed his own career by coming out of the closet.
Simmons tells AOL; “He killed his career because now the conversation is not about his talent but about his sexual preference. He’s done.I hope I’m completely wrong. I hope he becomes the next Beatles and proves me wrong.”
Really Gene, wouldn’t the fact that he came out get rid of all that conversation? If he had kept it a secret, that’s when the people would be talking about it. Now it’s out there and there’s nothing to talk about.
