The next SNL character who will head up their own big screen adventure will be Will Forte’s MacGruber.
The character, who is a spoof son of Macgyver parodies the 80’s show, with Forte’s character usually blowing things up.
Kristen Wiig will reprise her role as Vikki in the film as well, and Jorma Tracone, who is part of Andy Sambergs Lonely Island is set to direct.
There are also rumors of Ryan Philippe and Val Kilmer to join the cast.
