Will 3rd Time Be a Charm for Sean Penn?

Starzlife spotted Sean Penn out dining solo at Nobu in Malibu this past weekend, and now a reason has come about.

It’s been revealed that his wife, Robin Wright Penn has filed for divorce on August 12… For the third time!

In the proceedings, the soon to be former Mrs. Penn cites irreconcilable differences.  Apparently the same differences that they have fixed before, but will not be able to this time around.

Apparently the couple has agreed to split custody of their 16-year-old son, Hopper Jack though.

Neither would take responsibility of his name though, which may have actually lead to the divorce.

    That is a seriously awful picture of Sean! Wow, scary. Hopefully he’ll look better when he announces that the divorce has been called off. Rich & famous people have no clue sometimes. Well, neither do I but at least THEY’RE rich and famous!
