Fresh out of San Diego, the DA has dismissed the case against The Chargers’ Shawne ‘Lights Out’ Merriman filed by MTV reality whore Tila Tequila after insufficient evidence was found.

Hey, at least she got 15 more minutes of fame out of it right? Tila has yet to comment on the decision yet on her official Twitter.
