White Snake groupie Tawny Kitean was arrested this weekend in Santa Ana, CA for driving under the influence. She just completed a rehab program with Dr. Drew, but wasn’t all that successful, I guess.

But was she driving under the influence or ‘ghost riding the whip’ like she was born to do?
