Score one up for team Kate! A Pennsylvania judge ordered today that Jon Gosselin must return $180,000 from the family’s joint bank account that he removed earlier this month without telling his estranged wife.
Kate Gosselin first blamed Jon for draining a joint account that contained $230,000 only leaving her with a little more than $1,000 to spend on raising their 8 children alone, and the judge agreed in her favor.
As for the other $50,000.00, Kate has been ordered to provide an expense sheet proving that the money went to household bills and the raising of their children, and not on her own bad habits.
The couple has until October 26 to do what they were ordered before it’s taken to the next level.
