When you’re rich, you can pay for petty things out of boredom!
50 cent has filed a lawsuit against a popular rap website for using his likeness, and though it’s a simple case that could easily be settled without hassle, 50 cent isn’t backing down and is going to take them for everything they’ve got.
World Star Hip Hop used to feature a photo of 50 on their site, which according to the rapper lead fans to believe that it was his official site, when in reality he had no affiliation with it.
In a recent interview with an Atlanta radio station 50 claimed; “I got a lawsuit against WorldStar for utilizing my likeness. A lot of people felt like that was my site because they saw my face on the cover of (the website) for a long time. “I have lawyers on retainers and I have to pay them so much money anyway, so we’ll go back and forth to court until (they) can’t afford a Subway sandwich. It’s already too late for (them).”
Shame he would deprive someone of their last 5 dollar foot long over the use of his mug. 50 has got nothing to gain from this so it’s more of a “for fun” type thing.
