You know it’s one of the worst days for celebrity birthdays when the *best you can come up with is Aaron Carter.
The Dancing With the Stars cast-off turns 22 today!
Dancing was sort of his return to fame, so congrats to him on bring a presence again, but now that he’s off the show, it’s time to see if he can hold on to an actual career.
