“As the World Turns” won’t do so much longer, as daytime TV continues its march away from scripted sudsers.
CBS confirmed Tuesday that “ATWT” would end its run next September, after 54 years and more than 13,000 episodes.
Must be a heavy DVD box set. By the way, the picture for this post came up when I punched “As the World Turns” into Google image search. Those kids are either characters on the show or an example of just who’s going to be saddened by this news.
