Taylor Gives Back for her 20th Birthday
It’s better to give than to receive..but girl it was your 20th birthday!!!
After throwing a holiday party for her crew, band, family, and friends, this past weekend which fell on the same date as her 20th birthday, Taylor Swift has decided to give the ultimate gift rather than receive it.
Swift has donated $250,000 to schools across America to help pay teachers salaries, buy books, and fund repairs.
Shares the country mega-star; “Something I wanted to do at the end of this amazing year and especially on my birthday was give back to something I really believe in, which is education. The schools that I went to and the amazing people I got to learn from really turned me into who I am, and I wanted to give back.”
So nice of her. Happy 20th, Taylor!
