We were worried that home girl was going to come across as Donatella Versace – but Mama Madonna has done us proud. Again.

The 51 year-old superstar graces the Italian edition pages of Vanity Fair in a Steven Klein-helmed photo shoot for Dolce And Gabbana where she – guess what! – does dishes! eats pasta! hams it up for the camera!

Although we’re guessing the pictures were – how does one say this politely? photoshopped to an inch of her Majesty’s life, we’re thinking she looks pretty awesome.
