Uh, hell-o, NRA, what am I paying my annual dues for? Did Thomas Jefferson die during the Civil War for naught? To the best of my knowledge, Jon Gosselin isn’t a felon or 16 years old, so why did a judge just ban him from having handguns at his Berks County house? Because he was photographed letting off a few rounds from a .38? How come Rihanna gets to have a fully automatic assault rifle?!

    Jon can have a gun and shoot on his property. But, the Pennsylvania property belongs to Kate, not Jon. Jon needs to go somewhere else. Kate does not want his monkey azz shooting a gun where the children reside. The responsible thing would be to go to a shooting range or an unpopulated clearing.
