Fantasia has experienced some dramatic lows and highs in her life. She struggled through lifelong poverty and single parenthood to win fame and fortune on American Idol. Then she revealed to the world she was illiterate. Then she lost her record deal when it was revealed that, instead of signing a valid record contract, she had drawn a happy face on a VCR instruction manual.
But it’s darkest before the dawn, and you can only sink so low before you get your own VH1 reality show. Fantasia’s, Fantasia For Real, is coming next month to VH1. Peep it:
