Rocko Akira Clapp was born Sunday night in an LA hospital to new proud parents Knoxville (Real name Philip John Clapp) and girlfriend Naomi Nelson.
Knoxville has a 13 year old daughter, Madison, with his ex wife whom he divorced after 12 years of marriage.
