Russell Brand Goes All Out with Katy Perry’s Proposal
New details emerging about Russell Brand’s proposal to Katy Perry on New Years Eve in India.
Apparently Russell took Katy shopping that day for a $1,000 traditional Indian dress, that she wore to the couples romantic garden dinner in which they arrived by a horse and carriage.
During the dinner, Russell had the butler hide a diamond ring into a bouquet of flowers, when Perry found it, he popped the Q. She immediately answered yes, and the couple requested the next 45 minutes to be private.
Following dinner and the happy news, the couple enjoyed a fireworks show at midnight, while sitting on top of an elephant. All arranged by Mr. Brand himself.
Impressive.
The two will be returning home from their trip soon to make their first appearance as an engaged couple. We’ll see how fast they fire this wedding out. I say before the end of the summer!
