Just like the one Lindsay Lohan used to wear, SCRAM is an alcohol detecting bracelet that checks your body constantly for any signs of the sauce.
Bach is scheduled to be arraigned tomorrow, and and could be facing time in the slammer for being a repeat offender.
She probably can’t depend on her celebs to get her out of this mess either.
