Miley Takes to YouTube to Talk Suicide Prevention
Miley Cyrus has taken to her YouTube page to talk suicide prevention.
As she can reach out to a lot of young people, Miley has teamed up with nonprofit organization To Write Love on Her Arms, who has created an online community for people considering suicide. IMAlive will allow people to talk one on one with certified staff and volunteers and be provided with real-time online crisis support.
The organization is currently seeking funding for this project, and is in second place in a contest where first prize is $1 million dollars!
Miley is urging people to vote for TWLoHA and what bigger name could an organization have got to reach out for votes!
