Like it or Not, LC is a Best-Selling Author!
Just like us, the critics didn’t see this one coming either! Lauren Conrad is 2 for 2 at landing books on the New York Times best seller list.
Her first fictional novel, LA Candy, was released last June, and quickly found it self at the top of the Children’s Chapter Books category of the newspaper’s revered list.
Her followup novel, Sweet Little Lies, which is about a young reality star living in Hollywood, has also made it’s way on the list. She’s hoping it too can reach the feat of her first.
She reveals in an interview; “It’s so gratifying for my second book to be so successful and it was so fun to write! The characters were already developed so I really enjoyed the process so much more this time around. All the characters have become like my friends now.”
Because all the characters are your friends! Duh!
