As for whether or not the cast of Ugly Betty is on board to take their work to the big screen, there’s been a confirmation from Vanessa Williams.
Williams recently spoke out on the end of the show, explaining how the cast was so upset for it to be over. She says; “We did not want to leave. Our last week, none of us wanted to leave the table. None of us wanted to finish the words we were saying.”
Betty’s Anna Ortiz was the first to create hype for the film, saying that both she and Anna Ortiz are on board, and now Vanessa Williams wants is hopping on board their campaign.
“It was an extraordinary group of people, the ensemble was great, the directors were great – the writers – the whole team. It was unique. Yes, an Ugly Betty movie, absolutely.”

I didnt get into this show when it first came out but I came across it recently and cant get enough of it. I started 4 days ago, and finished the series on YOuTube, I wish it was still on and would love a movie. This is coming from Texas, you would be suprised how well this show would do on the Big Screen.
