Limp Bizkit Postpones Summer Tour For Bigger Venues

Have Fred Durst and Limp Bizkit found the hot tub time machine?

Trying to make what will probably be their last attempt at a comeback from the glory days of the 1990’s, Limp Bizkit scheduled a summer amphitheater tour, but now are rescheduling some dates because they feel they are bigger than that!

In a message sent out to (all 10 of) the fans;

“Moving U.S. headlining tour dates from amphitheaters to arenas for a better Limp experience. Basically, Limp is not an amphitheater band. We like to see less seats in front of the stage and more floor filled with fans going bananas. It’s just more fun for all of us that way. Some bands are meant to be seen mainly sitting down, but definitely NOT Limp Bizkit.

“We want to give you the best experience possible so we will reroute to the venues we feel will work the best. High energy, good times. We want you to have the best. Working on dates now and those who already bought tix will be taken care of. Definitely adding Texas. This change lets us add all the markets that were going to be missed. Better U.S. tour for sure!!”

We’ve seen this happen to people like Lady GaGa, and Pee Wee Herman, whose shows sold out ultra fast and the demand allowed for them to switch to larger venues, but for some reason we don’t think that’s the case with Limp Bizkit.

Can Limp Bizkit still sell out large venues?  If they want open space for fans to go bananas, they should just do a Wal-Mart parking lot tour.
