Lindsay Lohan is currently exiting a Beverly Hills court room after she was handed her punishment by Judge Marsha Revel this morning.
Lohan, who attended the hearing and looked distressed (see above) was handed all the stipulations we expected, including absolutely no alcohol or drugs, random drug testing, and she must be fit for some new jewelry, a SCRAM bracelet within the next 24 hours.
In addition, Lindsay will not be able to leave the area, and must keep attending alcohol courses at least once a week. This means she won’t be able to film one of the only movies that would have her, which is planning to film in Texas.
During the sentencing, Lohan’s lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley tried to object but when the judge asked if she wanted her to state out loud why the conditions were appropriate, Holley backed down and said nothing.
The next hearing, to see if Lindsay has violated her probation will be on July 6.
There goes the summer! Can she stay clean? Or is she bound to end up behind bars?
