Natalee Holloway Murder Suspect Joran Van Der Sloot Detained in Chile For Muder of Peruvian Woman

Natalee Holloway murder suspect Joran Van Der Sloot has been detained by police in Chile, according to reports.

Joran, who was arrested for the murder of Holloway after she disappeared on May 30, 2005 and later released due to insufficient evidence that proved him the killer was a suspect in the murder of a 21-year-old Peruvian stab victim after her body was discovered exactly 5 years to the day this past Sunday in a Lima hotel room which was registered to Van Der Sloot.

By monday, Joran had paid 2 drivers to drive him 20 hours to the border of Chile, where the search began.

Thursday morning, Chilean officials revealed that they had detained the suspect.
