Black Eyed Peas #1 On iTunes Despite ‘F’ Rating For Halftime Show
111 million people watched Super Bowl XLV making it the most watched television program in history, and the Black Eyed Peas have reached the number one spot on iTunes in the days since.
Hard to believe considering the negative reviews the performance was getting on the internet, especially since the ESPN poll shown above landed them an F rating from all 50 states.
Only 64,000 people voted out of the 111 million viewers, but we have to believe that a lot of these new purchasers on iTunes were buying with the question of “are the recordings as bad as the live shows?”
Either way… money is money!
