Back to the slammer for Lindsay Lohan!
Though the judge ruled the necklace theft a misdemeanor in court this afternoon, it was still a probation violation, and Lindsay was sentenced to 120 days in jail.
She will reportedly appeal and be released on bail for now, but it looks as if serving SOME time behind bars.
That plea deal is looking very good now isn’t it?
