Judge Gives Nicolette Sheridan’s Desperate Housewives Lawsuit a June Date

The pending lawsuit filed by former Desperate Housewives star Nicolette Sheridan is moving forward.

It was about a year ago that Sheridan filed a $20 million dollar suit against ‘Desperate Housewives’ and Marc Cherry for sex discrimination and wrongful termination. Sheridan claimed that she was struck by Cherry in the face and that her character was killed off the show just so she could be fired.

Though Sheridan’s sexual assault/ harassment charges were dropped, The Judge in an LA court has allowed her to push forward with the wrongful termination suit this June.

Looks like a hefty settlement could be on the way!
